Cacao BeansWe source our cacao beans for the highest quality, packed with lots of flavor while not being extremely bitter or astringent. Cacao beans are packed with antioxidants, iron and magnesium and considered a superfood. Eat them right out of the bag, or add to smoothies or coffee in the morning. We roast our beans fresh everyday, stop by Pike Place Market and try them out warm out of our roaster.
